Pateira de Fermentelos is one of the largest natural lakes in the Iberian Peninsula and is located between the towns of Águeda, Aveiro and Oliveira do Bairro, before Cértima River confluence with the Águeda River.
Due to the floods of the week before, there were still some submersed parts and it needs a lot of work to rehabilitate the area. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful place and I’ll make sure to visit it again, during Summer.

A Pateira de Fermentelos é uma mais maiores lagoas naturais da Península Ibérica, localizando-se entre os concelhos de Água, Aveiro e Oliveira do Bairro, antes da confluência do Rio Cértima com o Rio Águeda.
Devido às cheias e chuvas intensas das semanas anteriores, algumas partes encontravam-se ainda submersas, sendo que há muito trabalho pela frente para reabilitar a área. Ainda assim, este é um local maravilhoso que pretendo voltar a visitar durante o Verão.
