In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in the sugar, then the eggs. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and salt, then the vanilla and chocolate chips. Spread evenly in a lightly greased pan with foil. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, the yolk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Distribute the cream cheese mixture across the top of the brownie mixture, then take a spatula and swirl the cream cheese mixture with the chocolate batter. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 ºC. Let cool, then lift out the foil and peel it away. Cut the brownies into squares. |
Numa panela, derreta a manteiga e o chocolate em lume brando, mexendo até ficar homogéneo. Retire do lume e acrescente o açúcar e, em seguida, os ovos. Misture a farinha, o cacau em pó, sal, a baunilha e as pepitas de chocolate. Espalhe uniformemente numa forma levemente untada com papel vegetal. Numa tigela, bata o queijo creme, a gema, o açúcar e a baunilha até ficar homogêneo. Distribua a mistura de cheesecake na parte superior da mistura de brownie e, de seguida, com uma espátula e misture levemente as duas massas. Leve ao forno 35 a 40 minutos a 180 ºC. Deixe esfriar, retire o papel vegetal. Corte os brownies em quadrados. |
