I love Amsterdam and have been several times. Haven’t been in a few years, I think it’s time I head that way again. There is a brilliant restaurant that i can’t remember the name of …. but they had great soup! 🙂
I fell in love with your gracious city a few years ago. I’ve visited twice and can’t wait until my next visit.
Wow! This is great information to know. Will now consider a trip to Amsterdam. Thanks.
Glad it was useful! 😉
Been wanting to visit Amsterdam and now that it’s just a train ride from Paris, this information is great! Thank you!

Youre very lucky to see so many beautiful places – thanks for sharing! :o)
I am really interested in how you have gotten your following. I am trying to start a similar blog… I love what you have done here.
Thank you! Well, the following comes naturally as you take a look at other blogs about the things that you’re interested in. I’ve seen you’re blog and I really liked it. You’ve got some amazing shots there 😉
This is very helpful because I was just debating whether to make a day trip to Amsterdam, in addition to Venice. Thanks for your input!
I’m so glad it was useful =)
Love your page..keep them coming!!
Thank you very much =)
Did you know that Brugge in Belgium is also called Venice of the North? I’m sure it has fewer canals, but they are definitely wider. No backing up in the tour boat to turn around. 🙂
I did know about its canals even though I’ve never been to Brugge. However, I had no idea that it is also called Venice of the North. I guess there are two “Venices” in the North then 😛
Beautiful, but no cars in Amsterdam??? Im think there ar eplenty of cars.
Grtz fron danique, portuguese/belgian girl from Amsterdam 😉
Ahaha I was comparing with other cities that are full of cars…
How interesting! I’d love to visit someday!

Thanks for stopping bu and liking my Venice post.
I lived in Sete in the south of France which is also known
as little Venice because of all the canals.
😉
I can’t believe it has more canals than Venice! Although I have not traveled to either place, I always imagined that Venice is the city of canals! Great eye opening post, and nice shot!
Yes, it’s true! I, myself, only found out about this interesting fact when I prepared my trip to Amsterdam. =)
Beautiful!
