Well the town today was certainly far more busy then in the evening last night. I took the opportunity to have a walk around the town – plenty of beautiful and historic buildings. Including one of the oldest surviving churches, San Miguel (can’t remember if it IS the oldest). Plenty of pictures below:
After finishing in the town it was back onto the road up to Colorado to the national park at Mesa Verde.

Wow! I only live 8 hours from there…I really need to visit…
I haven’t been there but it looks like a great place to visit. Thanks for sharing your work.
Hard to beat that desert azure blue sky of Nuevo Mexico, and you captured it well in your photos. Great photo journal of Santa Fe.
Lovely
What a fascinating and unusual church!
Yeaaaa… My home… I live in Santa Fe and work at the State Archives.

Beautiful . . . my wife used to live in New Mexico and has wanted to take me to Santa Fe every since we met. Hopefully, we can do it one day . . .
