Sorry Ana I disagree with the quote
I get with what it is trying to say, but take a small thing I hate, unpleasant and rude shop staff, who refuse to say “good morning” so common in so many countries here on the continent of Europe, USA and Australia, are the countries I have visited who get 10 out of 10 for the most pleasant shop staff in the world!
