La Sagrada Família, Barcelona
A couple of months ago I published La Sagrada Família and it was (and still is) a huge success. That post alone had hundreds of views and I believe that’s due to the grandiosity of this specific monument. I’ve already introduced you to Gaudi (Casa Batlló, Parc Guell) so by now you’re aware of his unique and brilliant creations. Today I decided to share another perspective from you’re favourite monument (apparently)!

Parc Guell is my favorite Gaudi site in Barcelona!
I was lucky enough to see this beautiful cathedral on a trip to Spain and France a couple of years ago. It’s truly an impressive monument! Thanks for sharing this detail of the structure.
I have been to this amazing building. Sometimes I wonder how it’s progressing. It would be great to go back to see it. I love the different styles of adornment.
I have yet to visit la Sagrada Familia but I have to admit I didn’t know it had the fruit on top of the columns like that! Interesting capture!
We have not visited there. There was too long line people waiting for entrance and thus we went to some coffee bar.
Yeah, it is indeed a long line to get inside and also quite expensive. I went early in the morning to avoid an even longer line
I visited Sagrada Família last August – I will never forget it. It’s nice to know.. such beautiful creations can exist in the world…
Totally agree
I visited La Sagrada Familia this year, and there are no words to describe such magnificent architecture.
It’s amazing how all that “difference” works so well in a religious monument
one thing i always feel about La Sagrada Família is the “fruit” on the top makes it so “fairy tale”
I really like it too
